My name is Paige, and I’m one of the therapists here at Find Your Shine. Welcome!

I grew up in the Midwest and moved here in 2021 to escape the cold and rain.

I absolutely love music and have played piano since I was 7.

Outside of work, you can find me spending time with friends, reading, enjoying the outdoors, or FaceTiming my niece and nephew.

Frequently incorporate interventions and techniques from Internal Family System (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI)

Paige's Rate: $150 per 50 minute session
