EMDR Consultation
Jaime Castillo, LCSW is an EMDRIA-certified therapist and Approved Consultant. Jaime is able to provide EMDR Consultation hours to therapists pursuing EMDR Certification, or Consultation of Consultation hours to EMDR Certified Therapists pursuing Approved-Consultant status. Jaime offers both individual and group consultation. The rate for 1-1 consultation is $175 per hour, and the rate for group consultation is $100 per hour.

Jaime has advanced training in Relational EMDR, The Progressive Approach, EMDR for Addictive Disorders, EMDR for Panic, Phobias and OCD, and EMDR 2.0 Strategies. She enjoys working with therapists who are passionate about treating trauma and anxiety disorders. ​

Jaime Castillo started Find Your Shine as a solo insurance-based practice in 2017 and has since grown it into a thriving cash-pay group practice with over 15 employees. Through years of hands-on experience building systems, navigating growth, and learning what truly sustains a practice long term, Jaime now offers consultation to therapists and practice owners who want practical, real-world guidance.

Consultations can support clinicians who are starting a private practice, transitioning from insurance to cash pay, expanding into a group practice, improving systems and workflows, or navigating the leadership challenges that come with growth. Jaime’s approach combines strategy with sustainability—helping business owners build practices that are not only successful, but aligned with their values and capacity.

These sessions are collaborative, honest, and tailored to your stage of business, offering actionable insight you can implement right away. Rate: $175 per hour.
