Our Trauma Recovery Support Group is open to adults 18 years or older, those who are women-identifying, and survivors of interpersonal violence which may include the following: childhood trauma, adult sexual assault, domestic violence, and/or racial trauma. The group offers a space for women to increase connection, healing, & community through shared experiences, education, & support in managing the impacts of trauma.
The group meets every Wednesday from 5:00pm-6:30pm and each group is $65 per session for a 90 minute session. Weekly attendance is encouraged to receive the full benefits that the group offers. However, individuals may choose to withdraw from the group at any time for any reason. The process to join the group is to first schedule a 50-minute intake appointment with one of our co-facilitators to determine if the group will be a good fit for you.
