Hello
I’m Jaime, founder and clinical director of Find Your Shine. I started Find Your Shine in 2017 after seeing how systemic barriers in community mental health often got in the way of people receiving the care they deserved. My vision was to create a space where both clients and clinicians could focus on what matters most: healing, growth, and authentic connection. I’m truly glad you’re here.

A little about me:
-
I’m a mother, a role I cherish deeply—especially after walking through my own journey with infertility and loss to get here.
-
In 2022, I published What Happened to Make You Anxious? with New Harbinger, a book that reflects my passion for helping people better understand their anxiety (available here)!
-
Outside of therapy, I love interior design, caring for my plants, and the thrill of a great Facebook Marketplace find.
