My name is Amanda and I am a therapist at Find Your Shine. Everyone’s therapy journey is unique, and you know your experience better than anyone else—including me. I believe in co-creating a space that feels safe to explore, feel, create, challenge, and heal at your own pace. Because no, not everyone has the same 24 hours in a day.

A little about me:

I enjoy being outside, spending time with my husband and animals, and tending to my plants.

I love going to concerts and have seen over 50 bands perform live so far.

I feel the most grounded when I am creating something by hand—whether it’s painting, drawing, or DIY crafts—bonus points if it’s slightly imperfect!

I believe that laughter can be just as healing as crying, and I value holding space for both.
