My name is Emma, and I'm a therapist and clinical supervisor at Find Your Shine.

I'm an author; my book "DBT Skills For Highly Sensitive People" was published by New Harbinger in 2023 (available here)

I'm a mom to a preschooler

I'm an avid reader. It's my favorite way to relax.

I started playing tennis a few years ago, having never picked up a racket, and I've fallen in love with it over the last few years. I play on a team and practice multiple times a week.

I believe that therapy is for everyone, and that every person deserves the opportunity to experience healing and support. In addition to my work as a therapist, I greatly value mentoring and teaching students, interns, and associate-level therapists. I have taught both graduate and undergraduate classes in the School of Social Work at Arizona State University.
